Panoramas Kyoto

The best views of the ancient city are scattered on the mountains surrounding the city. I've been regularly going to run on the road trail practices that explore the surroundings of the ville.

Ou bien par un petit chemin, qui part derrière un temple à l'extrémité southern portion of the gravel 哲学 の 道 path of philosophy. Or by multitude of other small ways less easy to spot from outside the mountain.

The view from the summit is the most comprehensive Kyoto. Opposite is the far west

is easily noticeable lack of tall buildings and there easily mark green areas in the foreground, Hill 黒 谷 寺 Kurodani- tera on the left. Then, center, Hill 吉田 Yoshida , just outside the university.

night, we identify these strategic locations

Petit morning jog at the same location (the ground is to ask for the logs to the fire on the mountain )

Continuing along the trails behind the point of view, there are side views.

Here on southern Lake Biwa 琵琶湖 and Otsu

Yamashina

  • General mound (Yougundzuka to) Shogun-zuka

Ca s'appelle Higashiyama mountain park, after 東山 ドライブ ウェイ.

There is also a beautiful view

But the best, c is the view inside 将军 冢 (¥ 500). There is a large structure, the huge bleachers suspended ( Google map) .

is free spanning the grid at night along the trail Amane Hazime Trail Shrine Kyoto Tour Trail entre Kyouto Kurita et Higashiyama mountain park.

  • Hieizan Hiei-zan

Hieizan Hiei-zan est le Fuji-san des Kyotoïtes. Il est aussi très well served by paths of Kyoto Trail, leaving from behind the clinic just north of 银 阁 寺 Ginkaku-ji, or shorter, leaving a stream behind 修 学院 Shugaku-in.

Mount Hiei from the city

The rails of the cable car. They are bordered by very practical steps it is night

Along the cable car. I saw several times in monkeys and deer

Without going to the top of Hiei ago a platform just below, or is the change ケーブルカー of the cable car ropeway ロープ ウェイ.

In this intermediate in the snow

Kyoto by night

Sunset over Kyoto (essentially the part north)

Funayama
船山 Funayama is the mountain, somewhat north central Kyoto, where there is 舟 形 Funagata, the boat that burns when 大文字 焼き Daimonjiyaki ( Google map) .

You have to cross the golf course (path provided for this purpose) and climb the boat.

the summit

Panorama east of the city, with Mount Hiei on the left

Going down to Funayama, one can go through 大 徳 寺 Daitoku-ji

And also small shrines funny

Arashiyama

ago there lots of trails in the mountains. More details here .

  • Fushimi Inari Taisha Fushimi-inari taisha

Un des lieux incontournables de Kyoto, le sanctuaire Fushimi-inari taisha Fushimi Inari Taisha hiding in a hill south of the city, lower than the Kyoto-eki Station.

Climbing a little higher than the main buildings, one arrives at the start of the loop in the mountains. It is a crossroads with a store called Nishimura-tei. From there, we see the south of Kyoto, and we see even better, climbing a few steps north, near a large pylon.

Kyoto South

And finally, for the lazy, there is the Kyoto Tower, while the fungus ugly next to the station. It's expensive but there are no bushes or stairs to reach the top. And the view is cool. Until we see 比 良 山 Mount Hira .

Beautiful Kyoto Station also offers free from its rooftop panorama of the city. But that surpasses any previous six ...
